Designed in late 2022 the Digital 4K compact projector was initiated by Sunvalleytek for the premium home entertainment category. Under the VAVA brand I led and directed the design effort to develop this product as well as updating the VBL design strategy. With support from designers at the Shenzhen headquarters the initial effort was based on a platform architecture that was to be used by the sister US brand Miroir for a more mainstream offering. The LEGACY refined project goal was to create a best in class product that offered superior performance, features and usability packaged within a compact aluminum subframe and a design that was elegant and fitting for the home and occasional outdoor environment. Production was scheduled for 2023 but has been currently delayed.
